Returns & Exchange

We accept exchange under below conditions only within 7 days of the items being delivered.

1. Exchange will be done only once the goods are received by the warehouse.
2. Goods need to be in the same original conditions along with tags when they are returned.
3. The return cost has to be borne by the client.
4. The above exchange policy is not valid for undergarments/ socks / caps/ vests under no circumstances.
5. within Colombo – exchange will be done within next 5-6 days
6. Exchanges – outstation. should be courier back to the given address any other courier Co. (no hand delivery is accepted)
7. Courier Person would contact you to make the Delivery. Please ensure that the given number is reachable as the courier may need directions if unable to find the delivery location. If the recipient is unreachable during a specific time. Please ensure that an alternative number is provided to avoid any hassle.
8. On the Day of Dispatching of the order a confirmation note will be forwarded to give prior notice.
9. If the client wishes to return the ordered product upon delivery. please note that the client would require to pay the Delivery fee (285/-)
